Bestbodies is for mature women who want to improve their physical health and mobility from a fitness trainer who personally understands the challenges of getting fit. Unlike other personal trainers and gyms, Bestbodies is the only trainer offering education for an improved quality of life, with a focus on empowering women through flexible classes and social engagement.

Lee Scotland is a trainer with life experience, who has lived the journey of weight loss and transformation. Having lived that journey, Lee is better able to empathise with the difficulties that women may face when trying to return to or start exercising after having children.


Bestbodies understands the limitations to exercise and gives people options, in friendly, inclusive, outdoor environments.

Injury Prevention

Bestbodies focuses on resistance and strength training, to enable client’s bodies to be more able, mobile and stable. This prevents mature women being susceptible to falls, hip injuries, broken bones and osteoporosis.
